Services Provided

We offer residential, commercial, , and post-construction cleaning services across Chicago suburbs. All services are provided based on the details agreed upon at the time of booking.

Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to arrive on time; however, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior service delays.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on the size of the space, condition, and type of cleaning service requested. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from the initial estimate.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients should:

  • Remove excessive clutter before service
  • Secure pets during cleaning
  • Inform us of any special instructions or sensitive areas

Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.

Liability

While we take great care in our work, DM Cleaning Service is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items not properly secured

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
